Collaborating with Kaiser Permanente and members of the Regional Primary Care Collaborative, including the Greater DC Metro Area federally qualified health centers, Whitney led a one-year effort to support quality measure implementation and process improvement at all locations.
The goal of the transformation Accelerator was to provoke practice-wide enhancements across federally qualified health centers working to transform care models, enhance patient experiences, strengthen workflows and standards, and unify their teams.
Whitney led engagement, training curriculum design, and implementation initiatives for these practices that included employee engagement strategies, grant application and funding ideas, and overcoming the hurdle to encourage tough conversations about health and timely health screenings with historically underserved populations.
