I am one of the millions of children who did not have access to a toothbrush and toothpaste of my own while growing up in foster care. Not having early access to dental hygiene and cleanings had a huge impact on my dental health. I currently have a soft enamel issue and had 12 cavities this year! When I had the opportunity to do more for my Eagle Scout project, I knew right away that preventing this for other children is very important to me.

On behalf of MCCP Foundation, this drive will collect individually wrapped toothbrushes and full-sized toothpastes to create (some, but I hope to get closer to all) of the 2,500 dental hygiene kits they will need for families this year.
